Terms and Conditions
- All rates are subject to a 10% Government Tax
- Cleaning fee is $200
- Portable crib may be requested at time of booking.
- Children 12 and under stay free and are counted towards total occupancy.
- Guest may not exceed maximum room occupancy.
- A minimum of 3 nights stay is required. Holiday and peak seasons may require an additional minimum stay.
- Damage deposit is $500.00
Cancellation policy
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will receive 100% of the amount they have paid. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in will get back 50%. Under 7 days, payments will be forfeited.
